WHO ARE WE?

We are a family business and have been involved with home building throughout New Zealand for a combined total of around 25 years. Managing Director, Liam Osborne has been around the industry all of his life. His experience spans minor renovation projects, complete builds, work for Housing New Zealand and the major refurbishment of over 40 elderly housing units badly damaged in the Christchurch earthquakes. This varied experience has given him a good feel for the market and a passion for quality workmanship, along with a good knowledge of cost-saving, high quality renovation and alteration techniques.

Our holistic approach gives you big company advantages with small company attention to detail, which in turn means attention to you! We are small enough to care, making those tweaks as needed without a major hooha, and on the flip side, we’re big enough to handle all aspects of the build for you.
